• Assess clients' financial scenarios and identify suitable mortgage solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with banks to secure a wide range of mortgage options.
• Accompany clients throughout the mortgage application process, maximizing approval chances.
• Forge strategic partnerships with local real estate agencies focusing on non‑residents and local bank branches.
• Maintain updated reports on sales and performance metrics.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, products, and practices to offer the most relevant advice and solutions.
• Engage in professional development activities, such as attending industry exhibitions, training sessions, and obtaining relevant certifications, to enhance knowledge and skills.

• Fluency in German language.
• Ability to work autonomously and maintain a results‑oriented approach.
• Capacity to establish and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and developments.
• Unwavering commitment to customer service and understanding the unique financial needs of each client.
• Residency within the service area is preferable.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced qualifications in financial management are highly valued.
• Experience in banking, wealth management, or family office roles.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
• Outstanding negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in basic software applications, including Google Suite, and CRM applications such as Pipedrive and Salesforce.
