EMEA Recruitment is supporting a leading International Organization in recruiting a highly skilled Senior End User Engineering (EUE) Lead. This pivotal role drives the technical delivery of the global EUE strategy, focusing on the security, management, and automation of end-user devices in a global environment.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced engineer who excels at maintaining and evolving the latest Microsoft technologies within a large-scale, global, hybrid environment covering both IT and OT.

Reporting to: Modern Work Operations Senior Manager.
Time Zone Focus: You will primarily work standard Barcelona office hours, providing crucial L3 support to plants and employees across the EU and Asia time zones.
Key Responsibilities and Scope:
Your role is to conduct the technical delivery of the global EUE strategy and provide Level 3 (L3) support to service providers contracted to support end-users.
* Maintain and enhance the technologies and processes used to deliver, secure, manage, and automate end-user devices. Scope includes >
3000 Windows endpoints, <
50 MacOS clients, and $\ Sim500$ mobile devices. Responsibility extends to EUE applications and their infrastructure, supporting over 700 device models.
* In collaboration with the core EUE team, contribute to the overall EUE roadmap and be expected to assess, propose, PoC, and execute solution delivery.
* Incident resolution and problem management for items escalated by L1/L2 support staff7. Implementing proactive remediation strategies to prevent issues before they impact end-users8.
* Act as a Technical Mentor and Subject Matter Expert for Level 2 staff, guiding their technical development and ensuring appropriate escalation.
Technical Expertise & Requirements:
* Architecture, engineering, and administration of MEM/MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Configuration Manager) environments. This is a core requirement.
* Strong expertise in Intune & Autopilot, Group Policy Management, and policy management using AD GPO10. Experience managing 2500+ endpoints.
* Automation of CI/CD pipelines and proactive remediation solutions. Expertise in Endpoint security, Vulnerability management, and 3rd party app patching. Utilizing tools like Nexthink and Microsoft Intune Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM).
* Directory management within Azure/Active Directory (Hybrid)15. Strong experience with Microsoft 365 solution management and support (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.).
* A minimum of 5 years of EUE service-related support experience (10 years is highly valued).
* Strong troubleshooting skills, proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented approach.
