Experteer Overview In this role, you will drive engineering-led improvements for the EU Customer Fulfillment Network, partnering with site leadership and EUCF PE to deliver productivity gains. You will own and deploy EU-wide initiatives, embed best practices, and ensure timely execution and compliance. You will analyze process performance, lead cross-functional improvements, and manage projects with substantial savings to impact operations. This is a hands-on, collaborative role at the intersection of process optimization and operational leadership.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying top opportunities in 50% of processes and implementing plans with Operations Management
- Oversee FC improvement programs, perform deep-dive analyses, and manage action plans with central PE and regional Site PEs
- Drive EU network best practices and ensure projects with significant savings ($10M+) are properly submitted through OP1 Project Intake
- Own deployment of EU network initiatives, coordinating tests and pilots for timely execution
- Maintain partnership with FC Operations through daily Gemba walks and weekly Leadership Steering Committee meetings
- Build relationships with Site Leaders and Senior Management to support process-related tasks (up to 10% of time) and potentially lead expanded EU projects across multiple FCs
- During Q4, integrate with site management operational team
- Travel 0-10% within area of responsibility to support initiativesResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or process improvement
- Experience with data analysis and metrics tracking
- Project management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies
- Ability to travel 0-10% within the region
