Role Overview
We are looking for a German-speaking Technical Support Advisor to join the Technical Support team in Barcelona. The role focuses on providing high-quality technical and customer assistance while representing a integral automotive technology leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and customer support to German-speaking customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally
- Guide customers through product usage, system issues, and solutions
- Document interactions accurately in internal systems
- Escalate complex technical cases when required
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
- Fluent German (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in Customer Support or Technical Support
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Barcelona
Compensation
- Base Salary:competitive
- Performance Bonus: Up to €2,000 gross per year
