- Define and implement the national sales strategy aligned with the company's integral objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities across key sectors (industry, logistics, retail, distribution, etc.).
- Drive new business development while expanding existing accounts.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine the value proposition.
Key Account Management
- Lead negotiations with strategic enterprise level clients.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in B2B environments.
- Ensure proper execution of customer contracts and ensure delivery of world-class Service
International Account Coordination
- Work closely with the International Account Manager to develop multinational relationships in Spain.
- Adapt international strategies to local market conditions.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a Spain-based commercial team.
- Set targets, KPIs, and monitor performance.

Operational Management & Reporting
