We’ve validated our MVP and are entering the Product-Market Fit stage. As CMO, you will collaborate closely with the CEO, CPO, product and data teams, and lead the strategic direction of growth and brand.
Responsibilities
* Build and execute a full-stack marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
* Define and optimize buyer journeys and conversion funnels for both creators and users.
* Design and oversee creator acquisition strategies across TOFU to retention.
* Craft and communicate the brand’s unique value proposition in collaboration with the CEO.
* Supervise the development of performance marketing and content materials.
* Lead brand positioning and storytelling across all channels.
* Oversee and contribute to content strategy, including blog, SEO, social media, and partnerships.
* Define pricing and monetization strategies alongside leadership.
* Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that can drive growth.
* Build and grow the marketing team from scratch.
* Set and track marketing KPIs to measure performance and inform decision-making.
Requirements
* Proven experience as CMO or Head of Marketing in fast-growing startups.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build from 0 to 1.
* Strategic and analytical thinker with hands-on execution skills.
* Strong communicator with storytelling abilities.
* Fluent in English; Spanish is desirable.
Compensation
* €40,000 – €60,000 annual salary
* Equity package based on role impact and candidate seniority (indicative valuation: €20,000)
