Contribute to a global operation of approximately 500 lawyers and specialists, supporting the broader business across the Supply Chain, Business Services, Digital & Technology Legal Team and beyond. You will work within the Barcelona Powerhouse to deliver day‑to‑day legal support and lead digital contracting initiatives.

Responsibilities
* Lead our Spanish Supply Chain, Business Services, Digital & Technology Legal Cell and be accountable for day‑to‑day delivery within the Barcelona Powerhouse (currently 4 team members).
* Lead our digital contracting journey: drive implementation and optimisation of digital contracting tools, ensuring integration with existing legal and operational systems, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline contract workflows, reduce turnaround times, and enhance user experience across the contract lifecycle.
* Monitor performance metrics and user adoption; use data insights to improve processes and identify opportunities for automation; champion change management and training initiatives for stakeholders.
* Contract review and negotiation: support the Supply Chain, Business Services, Digital & Technology team with review, negotiation and drafting of clauses in supplier contracts, influencing standard templates or negotiating third‑party templates as needed to protect Unilever’s interests; ensure adequate terms and risk mitigation in contracts.
* Support fact‑finding and timeline creation for commercial contract disputes and claims, assisting with identifying relevant contract terms for analysis by claims experts; support the team’s projects as required.
Qualifications
* A senior qualified lawyer with a minimum of 7 years PQE, preferably with international clients.
* Experience delivering legal services in an in‑house or outsourced environment.
* Savvy in Legal AI tools and digital contracting; understanding and commitment to consistency and process; strong customer focus.
* Strong communication skills in English and Spanish; team player with a positive attitude and growth mindset, particularly in digital / AI spaces.
* Outcome‑based attitude; experience in recruiting, developing and motivating a team; high emotional intelligence and ability to manage escalations.
* Sensitivity to working with different cultures; open to innovation and driving efficiency; able to work across multiple time zones and under pressure.
* Willingness to work flexible hours for global team communication.
