About your role You are an experienced senior leader in a complex, multi‑site FMCG environment, ideally within beverages or bottling. You bring deep expertise in Quality, Food Safety and QEHS governance, combined with a strong ability to influence and lead across different stakeholders and geographies. You are confident navigating high‑pressure situations, making critical decisions that protect consumers and brands.
With a proactive mindset, you champion prevention and continuous improvement, and you know how to embed a strong, behaviour‑led safety culture across organisations. You’re analytical, solutions‑focused, and comfortable working with data to drive performance, while also being a visible and engaging leader who connects with both frontline teams and senior stakeholders. What You’ll Do In this role, you will provide strategic leadership across Quality, Environment, Health & Safety for Iberia & Citresa, ensuring strong governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across owned sites, co‑packers, and partners.
