At First Point Group, we are looking for a highly skilled Level 3 Support Engineer (N3) with strong experience in Circuit Switched Core (CS Core) platforms to join one of our key telecom clients.

Responsibilities:
Provide Level 3 support for Ericsson AXE environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in nodes such as MSC-DB, MSC-BC, MGW (Cello, MRS), HLR (FE), and National PTS .
Operate and maintain platforms including AXE 810, BSP8100, GMP V4, MRP, BYB501 .
Analyze traces, performance, and service configurations.
Work with signaling protocols: SIGTRAN, MAP, CAMEL, ISUP, and interface with SIP environments when required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in 2G/3G CS Core networks with Ericsson AXE architecture.
Strong knowledge of APZ 212 processors, APG43 systems, and Ericsson I/O platforms.
Solid understanding of signaling protocols in CS Core environments.
Ability to act as a technical N3 expert, supporting operational and optimization teams.
Advanced English is mandatory (written and spoken).
