You will participate in the development and execution of our industrial vision and strategy and will manage our day‐to‐day industrial activities and projects.

This position will report to the Industrial Manager, who reports to the Head of Tech Portfolio Strategy and Central Quality.
Responsibilities Monitor production processes (process quality control) and manage day‐to‐day activities of our industrial footprint and chemical partners, serving as the main quality focus point between suppliers and internal customers.
Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures/guidelines.
Run continuous improvement or process improvement projects to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
Perform supplier qualification and manufacturing audits (process and product) to ensure compliance with internal standards and industrial requirements.
Identify and troubleshoot quality issues and work to resolve them efficiently with partners.
Ensure products meet specified quality and safety standards by conducting tests and inspections.
Analyze and interpret test results to ensure compliance with quality product standards and requirements; document and report testing procedures and results accurately.
Manage supplier quality processes including PPAP, deviation requests, engineering changes, and quality claims in coordination with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Support supplier selection and RFQ processes by defining industrial and quality requirements for new manufacturing partners.
Prepare presentations for managerial sessions when required.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in chemical or industrial engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in electronic manufacturing, industrial quality, or related roles.
Experience in a quality assurance role within the electronic industry.
Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 2859‐1 sampling procedure for inspection.
Familiarity with quality management system (QMS) and manufacturing audit processes in factories.
Hands‐on experience with supplier quality management processes (PPAP, 8D, deviations, engineering changes, quality claims).
Experience participating in or supporting NPI phases from an industrial quality perspective.
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Proficient in English.
Desired Qualifications Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
Experience in mechanical and electrical manufacturing and assembly processes.
Experience working with EMS/ODM environments and managing external manufacturing partners.
Experience in industrialization projects such as factory transfers, ramp‐ups, or production scale‐up.
Familiarity with repair, refurbishment, or after‐sales industrial processes.
