WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Junior Brand Manager to join our Marketing Ice Cream team in our Barcelona office. You will lead the beloved and iconic brand Carte d’Or for our Spain Ice Cream Business across both OOH and IH channels. Your responsibilities include owning the portfolio, innovation, communication, and pricing strategy for Spain, leading local innovation & renovation projects, executing global launches, analyzing brand performance, and managing digital strategy, especially in scoopshops. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and be a key member of your brand team, providing strategic insights and responding to category needs.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
* Lead business plans and brand activation for Carte d’Or Spain across In-Home and Out-of-Home channels.
* Manage innovation & renovation projects, local initiatives, and regional plans.
* Propose brand activities and measurable objectives; monitor performance and recommend solutions.
* Conduct brand audits, develop activity plans, and manage in-market pricing.
* Own the brand budget and allocate projects accordingly.
* Forecast volume, update financials, and monitor key performance indicators.
* Participate in internal meetings and reviews.
* Lead digital marketing strategies, especially for B2B, working with agencies.
* Create marketing plans for Scoopshops with POS and digital support.
* Lead PR, social media, and newsletter plans for out-of-home activities.
* Define strategies with the Marketing Manager, including P&L responsibilities.
* Set brand KPIs with trade teams and develop relevant plans for key customers and channels.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
* University degree with a focus on business.
* Interest in holistic marketing, innovation, and brand activation.
* Proactive, analytical, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented mindset.
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
* At least 2 years’ experience in FMCG, with exposure to brand building, development, innovation, or trade marketing.
* Proficiency in Spanish and English.
