An opportunity for a Supply Chain Quality Manager for NPI Projects has arisen within Airbus Operations, Getafe (Madrid).
This SCQM position has as main task:
Responsibilities
Manage/contribute to contract execution, being responsible for supplier On Quality On Time (OQOT) performance.
Perform an effective control of supplier activities, securing a close understanding of supplier overall situation and scope.
Implement recovery, improvement and development plan in order to secure delivery of the products and services in conformity with contract, covering quality, delivery aspects.
Coordinate all the stakeholders involved in the supplier operations management and contribute to the corresponding Multi-Functional or Divisional Team (MFT/MDT).
Scope: Transfer of Work & Industrialization
He/She will manage Transfer of Work projects driven by Airbus.
Monitor the Supplier Driven Transfer of work/NPI of several suppliers.
Manage the workload requested by the several Transfer of Work/NPI, making a proper balance and providing flexibility to react on time and on quality according priorities.
Manage the cost of the project associated all team members involved.Ensure endure global view about industrial process.
Report status of projects in SMP IT Tool.
Ensure adherence to the industrial planning.
Coordinate MFT information for support/escalation/decision.
He/she will be in charge for APQP deliverables for the ToW/NPI project & sharing return of experience and lessons learnt within POST.
Ensure the maturity of the WP before Handover to serial SCQM.
Responsible of supplier for supporting ToW/NPI link with low maturity in APQP.
Skills
Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
Experience in similar roles.
Soft skills: If you are proactive, curious, good at programme management, good in the decision making, and you are willing to learn and grow every day.
Languages: Advanced level in English.
