Our strategy is centered on long-term value creation through active asset management, strong tenant relationships and disciplined portfolio optimization. This role sits at the core of our asset management function in Spain, with direct responsibility for the performance, strategy and optimization of a regional portfolio. You will play a key role in driving value across assets through hands-on management, commercial negotiations and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This is not a purely reporting role — it is a highly operational and strategic position with real ownership and impact on portfolio performance. Take ownership of a portfolio of assets within Spain, ensuring performance, value creation and long-term optimization. Define and execute asset strategies aligned with broader regional and general objectives. Monitor portfolio performance, identifying risks and opportunities to enhance returns. Leasing & Tenant Management Lead lease negotiations, renewals and extensions to optimize revenue and occupancy. Support commercial initiatives such as site expansion, revenue share agreements and contract renegotiations. Oversee financial performance of assets, including budgeting, tracking and reporting. Ensure accuracy of billing, payments and contractual data in coordination with internal teams. Coordinate cross-functional teams (legal, finance, operations) to ensure smooth execution of initiatives. Support junior team members and contribute to overall team performance.

Experience in real estate asset management, property management or portfolio management. Strong exposure to leasing, tenant negotiations and contract management.

Experience managing or supporting real estate portfolios with a commercial focus. Solid understanding of financial performance, budgeting and asset optimization.

Experience in telecom or infrastructure-related real estate assets.
