Our Product and Design teams work fully in Figma, which will be your primary design tool. You will join a distributed team with colleagues based in Borås, Stockholm, Gdansk, Málaga, and the Czech Republic. Our payment and card services are used across 13 European markets, and occasional travel may be required. You are a great fit for this role if you: Contribute to product innovation by designing and delivering scalable UI and UX solutions that position our products as market leaders. Collaborate closely with developers and fellow designers to build and maintain a consistent, scalable design system and component library across all products in Figma. Act as a bridge between product, design, and development teams to streamline design processes and improve communication. Advocate for UX/UI best practices, including usability testing, accessibility, and security. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and proactively propose innovative design solutions. We are looking for someone who has: Around 3 years of experience in a similar Product Design role. Strong expertise in Figma. A solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, as well as experience working with Jira. A good understanding of UX principles and user-centered design. Proven ability to design, present, and communicate complex design solutions clearly. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with professional working proficiency in English. High self-discipline and the ability to work independently, as some tasks may be performed remotely or in coordination with colleagues across different locations.
