Base Salary: 1.500€ x paid14 times in a year
Performance Bonus: 300€ x for 11 months

Your Role: Senior O2C Specialist
As a Senior O2C Specialist, you will take ownership of end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations while ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute O2C activities: order management, billing, collections, cash application, dispute resolution
* Monitor and review AR aging reports, implement collection strategies, and reduce DSO
* Manage client and internal stakeholder relationships, resolving escalations and negotiating payment terms
* Ensure compliance with SOX, audit requirements, internal controls, IFRS, and tax regulations
* Drive automation and process improvement initiatives
* Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities and financial reporting
* Mentor and support junior team members
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Logistics, Treasury, and Tax
Your Profile
* Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
* 5–7 years of experience in O2C / Accounts Receivable / Finance Operations
* Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity
* Strong understanding of financial controls and compliance frameworks
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday)
* Exposure to global environments and multi-currency transactions
* Advanced Excel and reporting skills
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
* Fluent German (written & spoken – advanced level)
* Advanced English (C1 level)
