Responsibilities:
* Lead global product strategy, marketing, and branding for key Cetaphil ranges.
* Develop integrated 360° global activation toolboxes for product and commercial innovations.
* Drive cross‐functional global teams throughout all product development phases.
* Partner with key markets, scientific teams, and commercial teams to deliver strong global toolboxes and claims.
* Manage project budgets, timelines, and governance with strong ownership.
Qualifications:
* 8–12 years of experience in global or regional Brand/Product roles within skincare, beauty, pharma.
* Strong leadership and ability to influence in a global matrix environment.
* Proven experience in product innovation, brand building, and digital‐first marketing.
