Now we’re looking for someone to elevate that space.
A designer who thrives in native mobile environments — where gestures, animations, and clarity turn into delight. You have an eye for harmony, spacing, layout, and patterns — and you know when to break them for a bold statement. Our MVP is already in flight, but core UI elements (cards, lists, navigation, interactions) are still being defined and refined — you’ll shape the face of the product. This isn’t about starting from zero, but about making something already good feel unforgettable. You’ll be part of something big from the start — a brand, a product, a movement. If you love to express yourself through design, care about the small details that make people feel something, and want to have fun while building something meaningful, this is your place.
What You'll Do
🎨 Refine and expand our mobile and web interfaces — adding polish, emotion, and functional elegance.
🧠 Translate complex ideas into intuitive, expressive user journeys.
📐 Create high-fidelity prototypes, design specs, and user flows rooted in emotional and visual clarity.
🎛️ Build our design system in Figma from the ground up — setting the foundation for scalability and consistency.
🤝 Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure seamless execution — especially in a React Native environment.
🔍 Participate in discovery, testing, and user validation to keep designs grounded in real needs.
🏗️ Help define our product and design culture from the start.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 4+ years designing mobile-first B2C products — ideally social, content-based or expressive in nature (think Spotify, Pinterest, Snap, VSCO...)
✅ A portfolio that shows sharp UI design for mobile (iOS/Android), clear visual systems, and a love for motion, interaction, or storytelling through interface.
✅ Strong understanding of layout, type, spacing, and visual hierarchy — and how to push boundaries while staying usable.
✅ Mastery of Figma — you move confidently from concept to systematization.
✅ Experience with animation tools and frameworks compatible with React Native, such as Lottie or Rive.app for state-driven, interactive animations.
✅ Familiarity with React Native — you understand how your designs will be built.
✅ Basic understanding of front-end (HTML/CSS/responsive design).
✅ Proactive, self-directed, and founder-minded.
✅ Excellent communicator and collaborator.
✅ Fluent in both English and Spanish.
✅ Based in Spain
