Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative drives revenue growth by prospecting within a defined book of business. Responsibilities include scheduling remote meetings, identifying customer needs, and matching solutions. The ISR maintains customer contact, ensures renewals and satisfaction, and collaborates with internal teams to build strong relationships, leading to increased sales and quota attainment.
Your role in our mission:
* Prospect within a defined book of business and schedule remote meetings with potential and existing customers.
* Prepare thoroughly for each sales call, focusing on pre-meeting prep, overcoming objections, and follow-up.
* Identify customer requirements and match them to Iron Mountain solutions via consultative selling.
* Support contract renewals by engaging customers, addressing concerns, and collaborating with renewal teams.
* Drive solutions sales through prospecting, networking, and marketing initiatives to expand Iron Mountain’s footprint and revenue.
* Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, collaborating with customer service, operations, and sales teams for a seamless experience.
* Use CRM and analytical tools to assess customer data and drive growth.
* Build strong customer relationships, understanding their goals and acting as an industry expert.
