The Head of Program & Project Management will lead the program and project management team for the successful execution of projects and the achievement of the objectives regarding profitability, costs, quality, and timing through the project launch to end of production.
Your Contribution
* Planning and managing projects along the design and follow up of the industrialization process in an international environment.
* Ensuring simultaneous engineering and requirements management as well as effective opportunity and risk management.
* Coordination of project team members (incl. cross business units teams) and successful management of all project stakeholders' interests.
* Functional leadership of the project team.
* Project reporting and presentation to management committees and customers.
* Realize the customer and MAHLE requirements (negotiated and agreed) in line with the project targets.
* Manage changes to the mutual benefit of the customer and MAHLE and support negotiation processes from sales, especially during the concept/acquisition phase.
* Immediate information to the responsible committee in the event of imminent risks & target deviations, including resource issues.
* Adhere to targets & MAHLE business processes & standards.
* Analyze and review performance indicators weekly and monthly alongside global strategy.
Your Experience & Qualifications
* At least 8 years of experience in a similar position.
* Proven experience in process and project management.
* Product development process (PDP).
* Knowledge of processes of OEM customers in the bike industry.
* Business excellence and entrepreneurial awareness.
* Strong analytical competencies.
* English proficiency.
