Barcelona, Spain | Full-Time | Payment Reconciliation & Finance Operations

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting & Data Reconciliation Specialist to join our Finance & Billing team at the company headquarters in Vienna.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Reconcile incoming and outgoing payments across various channels (credit card, mobile, SEPA, wallets, etc.)
• Identify mismatches and resolve discrepancies quickly and accurately
• Take ownership of data validation processes across multiple platforms and sources
• Prepare reporting and analysis for management and external stakeholders
• Support implementation of accounting requirements for new markets, clients, and products
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure seamless data flow
• Suggest and support automation and process improvements in finance & billing workflows
• Maintain accurate documentation and internal control standards
What You Bring
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, reconciliation or payments operations, ideally in a regulated or PSP environment
• Understanding of payment service workflows and financial risk awareness
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large volumes of transaction data
• SQL and Power BI knowledge is a requirement
• Detail-oriented mindset and high accuracy in daily execution
• Excellent English communication skills; German or other languages are a plus
• Ability to work independently, structure your workload, and meet tight deadlines
• Hands-on, team-oriented, and open to working across departments
