Responsibilities
* Manage key operations of the broadcast team, ensuring KPIs for quality, utilization, productivity, and sourcing are met.
* Oversee, nurture, and improve the post-production operation for high-quality output.
* Collaborate with account, project managers, and clients to ensure creative productions meet expectations.
* Train and manage all post-production staff.
* Handle budgeting, planning, and resource allocation for projects.
* Coordinate with producers and schedulers to assign appropriate talent.
* Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Act as the escalation point for post-production issues and resolve conflicts effectively.
* Optimize resource utilization and plan for staffing challenges.
* Maintain relationships with external post-production partners and facilities.
* Review and enhance post-production processes for profitability and effectiveness, focusing on innovation and automation.
* Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows.
* Address production and technical issues collaboratively with support teams.
* Work with Finance to maximize post-production profitability.
* Contribute to the company culture by demonstrating ownership, professionalism, and passion.
