To support our growth, we're looking for a Performance Media Buyer Intern (Facebook Ads – Spanish Speaker) who wants to learn fast, test aggressively, and be judged on performance .
Your roleThis is not a passive internship.
You will be directly involved in real acquisition campaigns, with real budgets and real performance targets .
You will work closely with senior media buyers to launch, optimize, and scale Facebook Ads campaigns focused on lead generation.
Your missions
Launch and manage Facebook Ads campaigns with a strong focus on CPL and ROI
Generate qualified leads at scale through continuous testing
Analyze performance data and make decisions based on KPIs (CPA, ROAS, volume, quality)
Optimize campaigns daily : creatives, audiences, funnels, bidding strategies
Automate and improve reporting and performance monitoring
Identify new best practices, formats, and acquisition opportunities
Actively contribute ideas to improve results and efficiency
Your success will be measured by performance, not time spent.
Who are you?
Student or recent graduate from a Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field
Native Spanish speaker, English fluent (B2 minimum) – another language is a plus
Strong interest in paid media, traffic acquisition, and performance marketing
Data-driven mindset : you like numbers, tests, and optimization
Creative and proactive, with a strong desire to improve results
Able to work autonomously while collaborating efficiently with a team
Hungry to learn, fast-paced, and performance-oriented
