The role holder will be responsible for generating new sales revenue streams by developing existing accounts through sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. They will demonstrate the ability to achieve strategic objectives, including winning significant contracts by developing profitable relationships and understanding market and customer trends.
The role involves closing deals and negotiating renewals with Telecoms Service Providers and MVNO clients internationally. The successful candidate will lead contract negotiations with stakeholders, managing contracts typically valued between £1m and £5m.

Role Responsibilities
* Create and maintain a high-quality, sustainable sales pipeline to meet quarterly budgets.
* Maintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing by monitoring supply, demand, trends, and competition.
* Drive territory activities and ensure strong customer engagement.
* Participate in business development strategies within existing accounts.
* Build the company's brand with major Telco Service Providers, MVNO, and MVNE accounts at an executive level.
* Engage effectively with prospects and internal teams at senior levels.
* Stay informed about technological changes in billing systems relevant to the markets.
* Collaborate with leadership to review achievements and adapt strategies.
* Work with Pre-Sales to propose technical and commercial solutions.
* Contribute to bid management for RFP responses.
* Progress prospects through the sales cycle to secure at least one significant contract annually, typically lasting 6-24 months.
* Seek innovative commercial solutions beneficial for both prospects and the company.
* Negotiate deals within group and company guidelines, ensuring delivery of Managed and Professional Services ratios.
Knowledge and Skills
* Proven account management experience, ideally in Telecoms or enterprise B2B software.
* Track record of exceeding sales goals.
* Experience managing complex sales processes in a structured manner.
* Established industry network.
* Ability to engage at business and technical levels, internally and externally.
* Experience leveraging system integrators and partners to grow revenue.
* Knowledge of 5G, IoT, cloud architectures, and translating these into customer value propositions.
* Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging C-level stakeholders.
* Understanding of Managed Service operations and strong presentation skills.
* Ability to quickly understand customer business and technical drivers to develop compelling value propositions.
