You are the first point of contact for a defined group of international employees of the Hornetsecurity Group on all HR-relevant and labour law topics.
You manage all operational HR tasks (including the creation of international contract documents, references, certificates) and ensure reliable master data and document maintenance in our HRM system Personio.
You are responsible for preliminary payroll and advise employees on wage and social security matters in cooperation with local tax advisors.
You support our managers in conducting employee performance reviews, derive needs-oriented measures, and ensure their implementation.
You contribute to HR controlling by providing evaluations and reports .
You actively participate in HR projects (e.g., harmonisation and internationalisation of existing processes and guidelines, rollout of new HR concepts) and bring in ideas for optimisation.
You have a completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification – ideally with a focus on HR.
You are an HR generalist with experience in personnel administration and preliminary payroll. You are comfortable working with numbers and understand payroll processes, even across different countries.
You either already have know-how in international HR administration or are eager to expand your expertise in this area.
You build trusting relationships with managers, represent the company’s interests confidently, and act as a reliable HR partner at all levels.
You are flexible, committed, and dependable – especially when it comes to new projects and related HR topics.
Your native language is Spanish, and you are fluent in English .
