We are the main delivery service provider for many businesses:
leasing companies (Arval, Ayvens, Leasys), car rental companies (Europcar, Avis, Hertz), car manufacturers (Stellantis, Renault, Tesla), car dealerships…

Leader on the French market and already available in Belgium, Spain and Italy, we're on a mission to reinvent and unlock mobility in Europe.

We opened the Spanish market in 2022, and it has shown impressive growth, achieving +120% in the last period.

It's our fastest growing market today As our next Business Developer, your role will be critical:

you will be a key driver in accelerating our growth and help us become a leader in the Spanish automotive logistics market.

You will be joining our dynamic Spanish Team (8 people), based in Madrid, and will work closely with the Country Manager, the International Director and a KAM.

Your role:
As our dedicated Hunter, your primary mission is market penetration and aggressive growth.

You will spearhead the sales cycle from the first contact to the signature, focusing on bringing new logos to the company.

Since we operate as a tight-knit small team, you won't work in a silo.

Once the deal is closed, you will work hand-in-hand with our Account Manager to ensure a seamless onboarding, setting the stage for a lasting relationship before you move on to your next target.

- Business Development & New Client Acquisition

Market Conquest:
Identify, qualify, and target new business opportunities within the automotive sector (dealers, leasing companies, rental companies, etc.).

Target Segments:
Focus on B2B clients, spanning Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) to specific strategic Key Accounts.

Full Sales Cycle Management:
You own the acquisition process from initial prospecting to closing the deal. Your goal is to get the signature.

Multi-Channel Prospecting:

Proactively flood the pipeline through various channels: direct email campaigns, cold calling, social selling, in-person meetings, and representing the brand at industry fairs.

- Collaborative Account Management

Transition with the

KAM:
You are the face of the company during the sale.

Once the deal is signed, you ensure a smooth, high-quality onboarding of the client and transfer to the Key Account Manager.

You make sure expectations set during the sale process are can be achieved on the long run.

Client Success:

While you hunt for the next deal, you remain a point of reference for the client and work closely with the Key Account Manager to ensure long-lasting and qualitative relationships with our clients.

- Operational Excellence

Quality First:
Work closely with our internal Operations (Ops) Team to ensure that what you sell is executed flawlessly.

Feedback Loop:

You act as the eyes and ears of the market, providing feedback to the team to help refine our pitch and service offering.

You already have a successful experience as Business Developer in B2B.

Great Interpersonal Skills:
You are a true relationship builder. You know how to read people, adapt your communication style, and forge genuine, strong business relationships quickly and effectively.

Business Travels:
You must be comfortable with frequent travel across Spain to meet clients and prospects.

Language Proficiency:
You must be Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken). A professional working level (minimum B2) in English is also required for internal communication and documentation.
