The Business Analyst is responsible for updating and maintaining materials and master recipes used in BQ EMEA. They propose and implement continuous improvements through digitalization, targeting process automation, creation of live KPI dashboards, and providing easy access to information via company platforms (e.g., Power BI, SharePoint, MS Teams). They ensure that systems, processes, and data accuracy within IT systems are aligned across the region and with corporate partners. They are the main contact for maintaining the bill of materials within the system for EMEA. The ideal candidate will have a sense of urgency, be forward-thinking, act proactively, and possess strong attention to detail.
Key Job Responsibilities:
* Create materials list for EMEA (raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished products, spare parts).
* Create and update the bill of materials and Master Recipe for EMEA.
* Support EMEA countries on MM & PP modules.
* Process orders, inventories, COGI, EDY reports; regularly check COGI results and inform bakeries when necessary.
* Update data monthly and develop new sheets upon request.
* Contribute to redesign main business processes to improve SAP support in material handling and traceability.
* Migrate bakery-related files from email to SharePoint in coordination with stakeholders, ensuring accessibility, reducing data loss, and enhancing collaboration.
* Create live reports and dashboards using Power BI or other platforms.
* Collaborate with the SAP team to plan, develop, and deploy new SAP projects in the EMEA region.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Work Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
* At least 2 years of professional experience; manufacturing and CPG industries preferred.
* Knowledge of QlikSense and Power BI; Datamyte is a plus.
* Intermediate knowledge of SAP.
* Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, positive attitude.
* Proficient in English and Microsoft Office applications.
