📌 The role in 30 seconds
You’ll lead transformation projects within RISK ORM CIB, the 2nd line of defense for a top-5 global bank. Your focus:
- Design and implement Target Operating Models (TOM) for General Banking, Markets, and 2S.
- Drive AI/automation initiatives (e.g., RISK360, process industrialization).
- Manage a global team (7 hubs: Lisbon, Madrid, Warsaw, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Montreal).

1. Transformation Programs
- Redesign risk processes for regulatory compliance (e.g., 3rd-party risk, operational resilience ).
- Lead platform industrialization (benchmarking Portugal/India hubs, scaling best practices).

- Identify automation opportunities (e.g., RISK360 access management ).
- Partner with RISK System (India) to deploy solutions.

- Run Transformation Committee meetings .
