IT Integration Manager
Job description
The integration manager role shalldevelop a strategy and partner with the different teams to design, develop andmaintain efficient and high-quality integrations connecting data, applicationsand third parties that support business processes and customer needs. Theintegration manager also monitors and analyzes existing integrations toimprove, availability, performance and efficiency.
The new position should coordinateintegrations projects, leading the company strategy of implementing a newAPI-led connectivity and supporting IT projects when it is needed to integratedifferent systems together. The projects are executed in coordination withother IT teams or external partners to implement interfaces successfully intime and quality.
The team currently consist of an internal specialist, two dedicated seniorconsultants and the collaboration of several partners providing development andsupport services. Projects should be evaluated with business and with ITmanagement, prioritized and implemented following project managementmethodology, making sure that are delivered on time, within budget, compliantto high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
The IT Integration Manager isresponsible for preparing project plans and teamwork assignments, directing andmonitoring work efforts, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviewand escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
The Integration Manager will be located in Madrid and will report to ITOperations and Logistics Director.
Key responsibilities:
1. Analyze business and customerrequirements to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve efficienciesand processes through integration.
2. Partner with development and design teams to support and provide oversight indesigning and developing integration solutions and prototypes.
3. Adhere to established development and integration processes, best practices,and standards.
4. Participate in integration vendor and tool selection to meet businessrequirements.
5. Coordinate integration development and support team.
Job requirements
6. Outstanding communications skillsto be able to effectively interface with high level business owners, key-usersand IT specialists.
7. Proven experience in management of complex projects.
8. Highly skilled in people management, and cross functional teams to providethe best solution.
9. Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills, technologies, andframeworks.
10. Problem solving/support oriented attitude, proactive, result-oriented.
11. Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
12. Organization, creativity, flexibility, and strong analytical skills.
13. Excellent knowledge in English, both written/spoken.
