OKU Hotels is headquartered in London, with current properties operating in Ibiza, Andalucia and Kos, and a confirmed pipeline of hotels set to open in Turkey, Bodrum and the Maldives. OKU is targeting to own and/or operate a collection of over ten exquisite properties in new and captivating destinations worldwide, over the next five years.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
* Lead the overall operation and performance of the OKU Boutique, ensuring an exceptional retail experience aligned with OKU brand standards and the resort’s guest journey.
* Curate and maintain a boutique environment that reflects OKU’s aesthetic, lifestyle philosophy and relaxed luxury identity.
* Oversee daily boutique operations including merchandising, product presentation, stock management and sales performance.
* Deliver a personalised and high-end retail experience for guests, providing styling advice and product knowledge that enhances their stay.
* Monitor sales performance, analyse retail trends and guest preferences, and implement strategies to maximise revenue and guest engagement.
* Manage inventory control, stock rotation and replenishment while coordinating with suppliers and internal departments.
* Oversee VIP guest interactions within the boutique, offering a tailored and exclusive shopping experience.
* Train, motivate and guide boutique staff to deliver outstanding service and strong product knowledge.
* Collaborate with marketing and guest experience teams to promote the boutique through events, activations and guest engagement initiatives.
* Ensure accurate reporting of sales, stock levels and retail performance.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Boutique Manager, Retail Manager or similar role within luxury retail, lifestyle brands or hospitality environments.
* Previous experience in luxury hotels, resorts, beach clubs or lifestyle destinations is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of luxury retail service standards and guest engagement.
* Based on the Costa del Sol or willing to relocate.
* Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with multiple resort departments.

* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and retail reporting tools.
* Experience with inventory management systems, POS systems and retail stock control.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO
* Liderar la operación y el rendimiento de la Boutique OKU, garantizando una experiencia de compra excepcional alineada con los estándares de marca y con el recorrido del huésped en el resort.
* Crear y mantener un entorno de boutique que refleje la estética, filosofía lifestyle y concepto de lujo relajado de OKU.
* Supervisar las operaciones diarias de la boutique incluyendo merchandising, presentación del producto, gestión de stock y resultados de ventas.
* Ofrecer una experiencia de compra personalizada y de alto nivel, asesorando a los huéspedes sobre productos y estilo.
* Analizar el rendimiento de ventas, tendencias de retail y preferencias de los huéspedes para desarrollar estrategias que maximicen ingresos.
* Gestionar el control de inventario, rotación y reposición de stock, coordinándose con proveedores y departamentos internos.
* Atender y gestionar interacciones con huéspedes VIP dentro de la boutique, ofreciendo una experiencia de compra exclusiva y personalizada.
* Formar, motivar y supervisar al equipo de boutique para asegurar excelencia en el servicio y conocimiento del producto.
* Colaborar con los equipos de marketing y guest experience para promocionar la boutique mediante eventos, activaciones y experiencias para huéspedes.
* Garantizar el correcto reporting de ventas, inventario y resultados de retail.
REQUISITOS DEL CANDIDATO/A
* Experiencia mínima de 2 años como Boutique Manager, Retail Manager o puesto similar en retail de lujo, marcas lifestyle o entornos hoteleros.
* Experiencia previa en hoteles de lujo, resorts, beach clubs o destinos lifestyle será altamente valorada.
* Sólido conocimiento de estándares de servicio en retail de lujo y atención al cliente.
* Residencia en la Costa del Sol o disponibilidad para reubicarse.
* Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y colaborar con distintos departamentos del resort.
Competencias Conductuales
* Fuerte orientación al cliente y pasión por el retail de lujo y las marcas lifestyle.
* Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y comerciales para crear conexiones con los huéspedes.
* Alta capacidad organizativa y de gestión operativa.

Habilidades y Conocimientos
* Dominio del español y nivel profesional o bilingüe de inglés (otros idiomas serán un plus).
