- Strong commercial mindset and sales skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- Experience in luxury hospitality, yachting, real estate, concierge or premium services will be highly valued
- Fluent English required
- Spanish and other languages will be a plus
- Based in Mallorca
- Proactive, organised and results-driven attitude
