PbMission /b /ppThe In-Store Operations Manager works close to the Store Manager to support the Store operations and contributes to run properly all back of house activities. Together with the Store Manager is responsible for IT Systems management, all facilities management, stock availability and inventory running. Also oversees all security, logistics and after-sales. /ppbMain Responsibilities /b /pulliEnsure proper store operations according to guidelines /liliOperate the Retail Pro Management system, in all areas relating to stock transfer, stock arrivals and payments /liliManage and maintain the store facility, including cleaning, repair, and replacement of damaged fixtures, furniture, registers, and other related items /liliOversee maintenance on all lightings and electrical systems as required /liliEnsure organization of all back of house areas, stock rooms, maintenance rooms, alterations, rest rooms, and hold areas /liliServe as direct liaison between all sub-contractors and vendors to verify work standards and conditions of the store /liliControl store expenses ensuring their correct records /liliEnsure proper procedures are being met about cash, credit card and check processing /liliControl Petty cash in accordance with company policy and procedure /liliManage, facilitate, and ensure completion of all inventories and cycle counts /liliCollaborate with and support Legal department in all areas of risk, physical security, store cash controls, inventory management, inter-store communication, and audits /liliEnsure proper order on packaging material, stationary, CRM materials etc /liliMaintain depth and accurate records of repairs (After Sales Service follow up) /liliOversee all processing of shipments, transfers, and consignments /liliEnsure all associates are aware of and abide by all HR policies /liliNew joiners training on back-office procedure, including POS, schedules etc /liliEnsure all associates are aware of and abide by all POS policies and procedures /li /ulpYou may also be required to carry out any other duties within your capacity, which the Company may reasonably require. /ppbProfile /b /pulliAt least 7 years of experience in Fashion/Luxury retail back of house and 3 years of experience in a managerial role /liliBachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred /liliAdministration and financial skills /liliExcellent Computer skills /liliStrong analytical, organisational and communication skills are necessary /liliExcellent relationships skills, self-motivated, resilient. /liliLeadership, confidence, organization, professionalism /liliGoal oriented approach, multitasking skills /liliStrong customer orientation skills. /liliFluent English and Spanish /li /ul
