We are seeking a Málaga based Chief Operating Officer (COO) to strengthen our leadership team and drive operational excellence across the business.
This is a pivotal executive role responsible for translating vision into structure, strategy into execution, and growth into measurable results. The COO will oversee daily operations while building the systems, processes, and cross-functional alignment needed to support our next phase of growth — all while protecting Zoco Home’s identity, premium positioning, and customer experience.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading company wide business planning and operational strategy
- Driving operational excellence across stores, e-commerce, and supply chain
- Elevating in-store experience while maintaining premium retail standards
- Aligning commercial, operational, and financial objectives
- Overseeing inventory management, logistics, and retail performance optimization
- Developing scalable systems to support international growth
- Establishing KPIs and performance frameworks across departments
- Strengthening financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and margin optimization
- Building and mentoring high-performing leadership teams
What We’re Looking For
- Strong and proven experience in premium or lifestyle retail operations
- Deep understanding of multi-channel retail (stores + e-commerce)
- Strategic mindset with hands-on operational leadership experience
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Proven track record of scaling retail businesses
- Previous senior executive or operational leadership experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
This is a full-time, Málaga-based position.
