Together, we’re building something extraordinary. /p pb About the role /b /pp As a Safety Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and implementing Health, Safety, and Environmental standards in accordance with corporate guidelines and current legal regulations. Your goal will be to ensure a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment, leading continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a preventive culture throughout the plant. /p pb Your responsibilities /b /pulli Ensure compliance with regulations related to occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and industrial safety (ATEX, SEVESO, etc.). Manage environmental permits (air, waste, wastewater). Monitor legislative changes and adapt them to the plant. /lili Define the EHS strategy aligned with corporate objectives. /lili Develop and maintain EHS management systems (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001). Manage documentation, including the preparation of procedures. Lead internal and external audits. Identify non-conformities and define corrective actions. /lili Maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and external auditors. /lili Conduct occupational risk assessments and environmental impact assessments. Identify risks and implement control measures. Prioritize critical risks and reduce their impact. /lili Design and deliver EHS training programs. Conduct onboarding training for new employees. Keep the training and competency matrix up to date. /lili Lead safe behavior programs (Vestacy System Observation). Promote a “zero accidents” culture. /lili Influence management, supervisors, and operators. Promote individual accountability for safety. Lead the integration of EHS into business decision-making. Attend Health and Safety Committee (CSS) meetings. /lili Carry out daily plant inspections. Monitor compliance with procedures in production. /lili Conduct incident and accident investigations. Ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. /lili Develop emergency plans. Coordinate drills. Act as a leader or advisor in crisis situations. /lili Manage contractors. Ensure contractors’ compliance with EHS requirements. Coordinate contractor activities (CAE). /lili Environment and sustainability: implement plans to reduce environmental impacts (waste, emissions, energy consumption, water use). Monitor environmental indicators. /lili Report metrics for KPI calculation. Prepare reports for Corporate. /li /ul pb Requirements /b /pulli Higher education in Occupational Risk Prevention, with a specialization in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Ergonomics. /lili+5 years of experience in a similar role /lili Knowledge of fire protection legal requirements and systems; familiarity with FM Global standards is a plus /lili Proficiency in MS Office (local and cloud-based tools) /lili Electrical certification is a plus /lili High level of self-discipline and results orientation /lili Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement business-optimized HSE solutions /lili Very good command of English /li /ul pb Desirable Qualifications: /b /pulli Training in ADR Safety. /lili Training and experience in Legionella management. /lili Training and experience in auditing management systems (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001). /lili Experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement. /lili Experience in dynamic and fast-paced environments. /li /ul pb What we offer /b /pp We believe great work deserves great rewards.
