As a Business Development Representative on our team, you will:
* Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate new business opportunities
* Research, identify, and engage potential business clients within target markets and verticals
* Utilize the company's CRM system to manage leads, track activities, and ensure accurate data entry
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through consistent follow-up and relationship-building
* Qualify leads against defined criteria before handing them over to Account Executives/closers
* Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and technology solutions relevant to our clients.

* Proven experience in a business development, telemarketing, inside sales, or call center environment, ideally within the IT or B2B sector
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage decision-makers professionally
* Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, MSD, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
* Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00
