They are responsible for lead generation strategy, working with in-country marketing teams to activate the strategy and to adapt marketing for each country (e.G., website). They will provide input to vertical product teams to develop products that meet market requirements, based on customer feedback.The primary metrics for this role will be topline performance in selected large & strategic accounts;
new customer acquisition;

Key AccountabilitiesMonitor core partnerships, oversee client relationships with a focus on C-level engagement, account strategy, and growth plans.Foster daily engagement with clients, across geographies and business units, to deliver growth and share best practices.Analyze pipeline in countries and implement improvements through best practices.Collaborate with other stakeholders to make pricing decisions within the global framework.Partner with Global Account Directors on mutualized account management for large and strategic accounts with Country Vertical Sales.Work closely with LHH Country Presidents in UK, Germany, Switzerland to support global sales strategy.Lead cross-selling efforts at the Europe level, including developing referral programs, tracking tools, and seller engagement campaigns.Lead the Monthly Ops CTM LD meetings with GADs in UK and DACH, including P&L discussions and KPIs for top customers.Participate in monthly regional collaboration meetings to discuss business performance and insights.Grow and lead the GADs teams in Europe, UK, Germany, Switzerland, and Italy.Maintain stakeholder engagement and build trusted relationships across LHH.Market & Solution ExpertiseDeep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.Strong knowledge of LHH / TAG's solutions and value proposition.Competitor analysis to refine positioning.Strategic planning for short-, mid-, and long-term growth.Lead new business development and strengthen existing relationships.Develop tailored account and opportunity strategies based on customer priorities.Sales Excellence & Operational DisciplineFull use of CRM tools (e.G., SFDC), pipeline management, and proactive campaigns.Accurate forecasting and compliance with sales processes.Leverage stakeholder mapping and TAG ecosystem to support delivery.Business Performance & Results OrientationUse data insights to exceed sales targets.Understand financials, pricing, and tools to maximize outcomes.Skilled in negotiations and closing contracts focused on growth and profitability.Client Relationship & InfluenceBuild long-term, trust-based client relationships.Engage C-level and cross-functional stakeholders as a strategic advisor.Use success stories to enhance partnerships.Leadership, Communication & CultureDemonstrate initiative, accountability, and a high-performance mindset.Communicate effectively, adapting to audiences and cultures.Promote collaboration, learning, and inclusive leadership.Champion a customer-centric culture aligned with business goals.All About You15+ years in sales leadership within enterprise sales, key account management, or commercial strategy.Success in leading global sales teams and revenue growth in complex B2B environments.Strong executive presence and C-suite engagement skills.Expertise in consultative sales, strategic planning, and negotiations.Ability to influence cross-functional teams across regions.Experience with sales transformation, AI, automation, and data-driven decisions.**Education:
