Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire funnel, from initial outreach and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.Strategic Alignment: Identify prospect pain points and deliver tailored product presentations that map our AI solutions to their business needs.Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and key stakeholders within target accounts.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless buyer experience.Pipeline Management: Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene (Hub Spot) and provide accurate sales forecasting.Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves to effectively position our unique value proposition.Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Pixelz at industry events and conferences. Requirements
Experience: 4+ years in B2 B sales (Saa S, Mar Tech, or Creative Services preferred).Outbound Mastery: Proven track record of prospecting into enterprise accounts using Linked In Sales Navigator, email sequences, and social selling.Methodology: Experience with MEDDICC, Challenger, or Value Selling frameworks.Tech Stack: Proficient with modern sales tools like Hub Spot, Sybil, and Linked In.Education: Bachelor's degree (MBA is a plus).Languages: Professional/Native proficiency in Spanish and French.
