A Day in the Life

As a Key Account Supply Chain Manager based in Madrid, you will be the strategic link between L'Oréal and our key clients across the Spanish and Portuguese markets. You will build a collaborative partnership, ensuring seamless service and mutual growth by optimizing the entire supply chain from order to shelf.

1. Strategic Customer Collaboration: You will lead regular supply chain meetings with the client, understanding their needs to proactively identify improvement opportunities and ensure our product catalog is perfectly aligned.
2. Performance & Process Optimization: You will analyze performance dashboards, monitor stock-in-trade, and drive continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency, optimize costs, and ensure on-shelf availability.
3. Proactive Risk Management: By coordinating information sharing on promotions and new launches, you will identify potential shortages, analyze their root causes, and work with both internal teams and the client to mitigate risks.
4. Data-Driven Insights: You will develop customer listening points through surveys and data analysis to map the customer journey, providing key insights that drive decision-making and enhance the customer experience.

We Are Looking For

You are a great match for this role if you are a strategic thinker with a talent for building strong partnerships. You thrive on solving complex challenges and are skilled at turning data into actionable strategies. We are looking for someone with:

5. Proven experience in supply chain, particularly in Order-to-Cash processes.
6. A high degree of Customer Centricity, always keeping the client’s needs at the forefront.
7. Excellent Stakeholder Management and communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong asset.
8. Strong analytical and Problem-Solving abilities.
9. Proficiency in Organization & Planning, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
