In this role you drive digital transformation for marketing acquisition in a global, sustainability‑minded organisation. - Harmonise the general AdTech landscape by defining and delivering scalable, high‑quality marketing acquisition products
- Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for marketing acquisition products – strategy, prioritisation, delivery, optimisation and value realisation
- Lead and guide agile, cross‑functional teams, creating clarity, focus, and measurable outcomes

Responsabilidades
\n
- Strong expertise in acquisition and performance marketing, including paid media (search, social, programmatic, retail media)
- Solid SEO understanding with knowledge of GEO and AI‑driven search technologies
- Full‑funnel view of paid, owned, and earned media interplay
- Experience managing and optimising large marketing budgets with measurable performance impact
- Hands‑on experience xugodme with modern AdTech platforms and data‑driven measurement
- Data literacy with experience in attribution, MMM, tracking
- Understanding of AI/ML applications in marketing (bidding, optimisation, personalisation)
- Experience with Adobe ecosystem (AEP, AJO, CJA) is a strong advantage
- Strong stakeholder management, including collaboration with agencies and partners
- Inclusive leadership of large, distributed teams
