The company is recognized for its innovation, craftsmanship, and commitment toculinary excellence, with operations and partnerships acrossmultiple European markets.
They are seeking acreative and innovative Culinary Research and Development Chefto support the European Food Director in developing and executing the company's food strategy across multiple brands and partners.
You'll lead projects from concept to launch — blending creativity, operational expertise, and commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implementnew products and menusacross European brands.
Partner with commercial and operations teams tooptimize food costs, quality, and consistency.
Stay ahead ofculinary trendsand competitor activity to drive innovation.
Create and maintainrecipes, specifications, and costing documentation.
Ensure flawlessproduct launches and training materialsacross all locations.
What We're Looking For
At least5 years of experiencein culinary R&D;, executive chef, or product development roles.
Strong creative skills and deep knowledge of ingredients and flavor profiles.
Expertise insushiand modern culinary techniques.
Advanced English; other European languages are an advantage.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Confident withExceland cost management systems (e.g., SAP, StarChef).
Adaptable and willing totravel across Europe.
