WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Campaign Support & Optimization Assist in launching, monitoring, and optimizing app marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google. Analyze campaign performance based on key KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and CTR. Learn how to manage budgets and scale campaigns profitably under the guidance of experienced marketers. Use internal dashboards and reports to track results and share learnings with the team. Creative Collaboration Help brief the design team on the assets needed for ads (videos, banners, etc.). Stay up to date with current trends and best practices in mobile advertising creatives. Support A/B testing of ad creatives and formats. Data & Reporting Work with campaign performance data (CSV, Excel, Google Sheets) to identify trends and insights. Support the creation of internal dashboards and reports using Tableau or similar tools. Coordinate with data analysts to request and interpret campaign insights. Learning & Innovation Learn how user acquisition fits into the broader product and growth strategy. Explore how automation and new ad platform features can be leveraged to improve performance. Gain exposure to the full campaign lifecycle—from strategy and setup to creative and optimization. WHAT YOU HAVE Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or similar. Strong interest in performance marketing, mobile apps, and user behavior. Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets; basic analytical skills. Familiarity with ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads. Solid communication skills in English and an eye for detail. NICE TO HAVE (Bonus) Previous internship or academic project related to digital marketing or mobile growth. Experience analyzing campaign data or creating simple reports. Basic knowledge of KPIs like CPA, CPM, ROAS, or CTR. Interest in A/B testing and performance-based creative strategy.
