* Experience working in fast‑paced environments where we ship fast to learn.
* Proven ability to build product solutions by finding common threads between client needs, with experience exploring and potentially selling new features before they're fully defined and built.
* Strong systems thinker with a track record of using data and frameworks to prioritize initiatives and navigate difficult tradeoffs, maintaining steadfast communication around product priorities even with persuasive stakeholders.
* Experience driving successful product discovery with sales teams and launching features that fit customer needs, including joining sales calls and working closely with solutions engineers to help land deals.
* Ability to use AI tools to prototype ideas and create excitement among Photoroomers and customers, with proven experience in fast‑paced startups shipping new features on a weekly basis.
