💻 What will your role be?
You will be the Tech Lead, guiding the team both in technical execution and in making high-level architectural decisions.
You will actively participate in the development and design of technical solutions, while ensuring smooth project delivery, removing roadblocks, and fostering team autonomy.
🎯 Your responsibilities will include:
* Team supervision: ensuring well-being, availability, and composition.
* Supporting individual growth: continuous feedback, goal-setting, mentoring.
* Cross-team coordination (Product, QA, Mobile, etc.).
* Agile leadership: guiding ceremonies, improving processes and efficiency.
* Technical participation: hands-on in design, architecture, development, testing.
🧠 Tech & Skills we’re looking for
Must have:
* Solid experience in C#.
* Deep knowledge of SOLID principles.
* Domain-Driven Design (DDD) → this will be the focus of the technical test.
* Real-world experience with event-driven architecture.
* Strong testing skills: unit and integration tests.
* Previous experience leading development teams.
* Fluency in English and Spanish.
Nice to have:
* Knowledge of hexagonal architecture.
* Experience with cloud environments (ideally AWS).
* Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
* Experience or interest in Flutter (not a strict requirement).
