MED SCADA & Cyber Security Sales Solutions, in the MED Power Plant Solutions Department, is the team accountable for value engineering, contractual risk management & product management on SCADA & Cyber Security solutions in Vestas power plants along Sales and Service stages of the projects value chain in the Mediterranean Region, including South and Eastern European, African, and Middle Eastern countries. The team provides advanced technology & services in Monitoring, Control, and Data acquisition systems and Cyber Security for Wind Technology.
We are offering this position in Madrid or Taranto.
Responsibilities :
* Scouting and interpreting Cyber Security requirements for Wind Power Plants and proactively communicating with relevant customers and Regulatory Authorities in the Mediterranean area;
* Inputting Cyber Security market requirements to R&D Dept. for Cyber Security products & services roadmap, ensuring future compliance and competitiveness of Vestas Cyber Security offerings;
* Acting as the contact point for Cyber Security matters in Vestas Mediterranean and representing the Region towards Vestas Group in the Cyber Security Community;
* Securing alignment with Cyber Security best practices in Vestas Mediterranean Region;
* Training SCADA / Sales / Service / Customers teams on new Vestas Cyber Security products & services;
* Participating in team selling approaches and building value in each project during negotiations of Sales and Service Agreements;
* Conducting technical reviews of customers' tender specifications on Cyber Security, ensuring technical risk management on a project-specific basis;
* Preparing technical contractual specifications for Cyber Security solutions and services during the bid stage;
* Conducting technical meetings with customers;
* Providing technical support to Operations Dept. regarding Cyber Security queries from customers.
Qualifications :
* M.Sc. / B.Sc. Degree in Telecommunication, Information Security, Electronic, Automation Engineering, or related field;
* 5+ years of experience in cyber security roles, specializing in document review and compliance assessments;
* Familiarity with cyber security frameworks such as IEC62443, CISA CSF 2.0, ENISA NIS 2 Directive, ISO 27001;
* Knowledge of network security principles, ethical hacking, penetration testing, intrusion detection, malware detection, and identity / access management;
* CISSP or CISM certification is considered useful;
* Knowledge about ICT requirements in Wind Power Plants adds value;
* Proficient in English, both spoken and written;
* Strong analytical skills for comprehensive document analysis and compliance assessment;
* Effective communication and presentation skills;
* Confidence in talking with and presenting to external stakeholders (customers, regulators, conferences);
* Ability to summarize technical topics for non-technical stakeholders;
* Creative solution finding with a high degree of motivation to satisfy customer needs;
* Ability to work collaboratively within an international team;
* Highly structured and organized, able to prioritize daily work in a demanding environment;
* Adherence to high ethical standards and accountability;
* Willingness to travel in support of customer needs and overall business objectives, within the Mediterranean area.
