Lead the coordination and management of the warehouse, inventory and its operations Maintain a safe, clean and orderly workplace Act autonomously and with minimal supervision Responsabilities Monitor, coordinate and process all incoming and outgoing goods/deliveries Monitor and process returns including initial quality inspection Investigate stock deviations Monitor inventory levels and refill pick locations/bins as required Ensure appropriate rotation of stock to minimize out-of-dates/scrapping Lead the coordination and participate in stock taking Lead the coordination and participate in warehouse management functions including scrapping and OHSE Liaise and coordinate with relevant service providers, internal stakeholders and customers as it relates to the movement of goods/deliveries Other supply chain duties as directed Key Performance metrics Receiving and dispatch time Returns processing time Stock taking accuracy (% of stock variation) Competencies/Skills Education: Relevant warehousing licenses (forklift, manual handling, dangerous good) Certificate in warehousing preferred Work experience: 1-2 years supply chain experience preferred SAP experience preferred Skills & competencies required: Process and e2e thinking (well structured, methodical) High organizational skills Ability to act autonomously Good interpersonal skills Good IT understanding (e.g. SAP, CRM, WMS) Good communication skills to all organizational levels
