Opportunity – Genesys Architect
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as an Enterprise or Solution Architect in large-scale, multi-country Genesys Cloud (CCaaS) implementations
* Strong understanding of cloud architecture, network design, APIs, and data integration patterns.
* Experience designing AI/ML solution integrations, including conversational AI, LLMs, and analytics systems.
* Familiarity with insurance industry processes and regulatory frameworks preferred.
