 
        
        Our client, a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions with revenues exceeding USD 29 billion, is seeking a Senior Business Developer to drive commercial growth with strategic global FMCG accounts, including top-tier clients such as Procter & Gamble, Henkel, and Unilever.
Role Mission
This role is responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy across key global customers, fostering long-term partnerships that combine innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. It requires a strategic mindset, strong influence across complex matrix environments, and the ability to deliver results in a multinational context.
Key Responsibilities
 * Lead commercial strategy and business development initiatives for global FMCG key accounts.
 * Identify long-term growth opportunities and develop joint business plans with strategic partners.
 * Build and nurture high-value relationships with senior stakeholders across client organizations.
 * Coordinate cross-functional teams internationally (marketing, innovation, engineering, supply chain).
 * Manage complex negotiations and global framework agreements.
 * Contribute to positioning the company as a preferred partner for next-generation packaging solutions.
Requirements
 * Minimum 10 years' experience in business development or strategic account management, ideally within FMCG or industrial sectors.
 * Proven track record in managing global blue-chip clients and negotiating at C-level.
 * Strong strategic acumen, analytical mindset, and results-oriented approach.
 * Fluent English (additional European language highly valued).
