WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
* Education:Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar
* Minimum 2 years of experience working with:SharePoint (Online and/or On-Premise)
* Power BI
* Solid knowledge of SharePoint:Basic administration and development (sites, lists, libraries, workflows, permissions)
* Experience creating and managing sites, lists, libraries and workflows
* Experience with SPFx (SharePoint Framework) is a strong plus
* Experience with Power Platform, especially Power Automate
* Solid knowledge of Power BI:Design and development of dashboards and reports
* Data modeling and optimization of data models
* Strong skills in DAX and Power Query (M)
* Experience working with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
* Desirable:Experience with Power Apps
* Knowledge of Azure services (e.g. Data Factory, Synapse, etc.)
* Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
* Microsoft certifications (Power BI, SharePoint, Power Platform, or related)
* Valuable: specialized training in Business Intelligence or Microsoft technologies
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Design, develop and maintain solutions in SharePoint Online / SharePoint Server.
* Create, customize and manage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries and workflows, ensuring usability and alignment with business needs.
* Develop solutions using SPFx (SharePoint Framework) when required.
* Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 tools and services.
* Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decision making.
* Perform data modeling and develop DAX measures and Power Query (M) transformations for advanced analysis and reporting.
* Optimize the performance of reports and data models, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify analytical and functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Document technical solutions, architectures and best practices, ensuring maintainability and knowledge sharing within the team.
