\nPrimary Responsibilities\n
\n
- Strategic Selection & Design-In: Analyse customer requirements (substrates, environmental stressors, mechanical loads) to specify the optimal product solution from the portfolio.
\n
- Voice of the Customer (VOC): Systematically collect and synthesize customer feedback on product performance gaps, application needs, and market trends to influence the CBI roadmap.
\n
- On-Site Process Optimization: Lead application trials to optimize installation characteristics, cure cycles, and surface preparation protocols to maximize value for the customer.
\n
- Technical Sales Partnership: Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical justification for product value, helping to secure \"Design Wins\" through technical superiority.
\n
- CBI Product Launch: Coordinate field testing of pre-launch products, ensuring real-world performance data is captured and communicated to the R&D; team.
\n
\nQualifications, Skills & Competencies\n
\n
- Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field
\n
- Experience in industrial technical sales, applications engineering, product support, or similar customer-facing technical role
\n
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
\n
- Commercial awareness with ability to support growth opportunities
\n
- Comfortable working independently across multiple countries/customers
\n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
\n
- Willingness to travel across EMEA – 50%
\n
- Fluent English required; additional European languages advantageous
\n
\nCompensation Information\n€70,000 – €90,000 annually. Final starting salary will depend on location within EMEA, relevant experience, technical capability, and internal equity. Total compensation may also include applicable bonus and benefits in line with local country practice.
