<p><b> Location: </b> Barcelona </p><p><b> Language: </b> Arabic (C2) + English (B2/C1)</p><p><b> Salary: </b> 64k € (OTE)</p><p><b> XP </b> : +2 years </p><p></p><p></p><p> This role is about joining a fast-growing, international tech company that is transforming how raw materials are traded across the human and animal nutrition industries, as well as the healthcare sector, on a global scale. </p><p> Operating in 70+ countries, the company combines market intelligence, technology, and digital platforms to bring greater transparency and efficiency to a traditionally complex industry. </p><p> You will be part of a multicultural, high-performing sales team, contributing directly to international growth and helping shape the future of digital procurement and market intelligence in life sciences. </p><p></p><p><b> YOUR ROLE: </b></p><p> As a Senior Sales Account Executive, you will take full ownership of your region, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and building long-term client relationships. </p><p> You will execute the commercial strategy, engage decision-makers with a consultative sales approach, and play a key role in scaling the business across international markets. </p><ul><li> Acquire new customers and convert them into long-term partners </li><li> Manage the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to deal closure </li><li> Prospect new leads via cold calls, meetings, and multi-channel outreach </li><li> Build and maintain a strong, predictable sales pipeline </li><li> Engage with senior managers, Directors, and C-level stakeholders </li><li> Adapt your pitch based on client needs and business challenges </li><li> Attend 1–3 international industry events per year to network and close deals </li><li> Ensure pipeline transparency and reporting using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)</li><li> Collaborate with a multinational, fast-paced sales team </li></ul><p></p><p><b> WHAT DO YOU NEED?</b></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience as an Account Executive (High SMB or Mid-Market)</li><li> Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing </li><li> Strong lead generation and outbound sales skills </li><li> A consultative sales mindset and solution-oriented approach </li><li> Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and executives </li><li> Track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a growth environment </li><li> French will be a PLUS!</li></ul><p></p><p><b> THE SPIRIT WE’RE LOOKING FOR </b></p><ul><li> A winning mindset with strong ownership of results </li><li> Curiosity and willingness to learn a complex industry </li><li> Patience and consistency in pipeline building </li><li> High emotional intelligence and adaptability </li><li> Proactive, autonomous, yet collaborative working style </li></ul>
