IT Business Partner Technology - Production is a full-time role within the Department: Finance & IT OEGR. The successful candidate will determine the position location, with a preference for being based in the EMEA region. This position requires a 60/40 split between on-site and remote work.

We’re looking for a strategic IT leader to bridge business and technology—driving transformation, aligning IT initiatives with business goals, and delivering impactful SAP-based solutions, especially in manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Bridge business and IT to ensure strategic alignment
* Oversee IT project portfolio and budgets
* Collaborate on solution design within integration partners
* Advocate for IT strategy and enterprise architecture
* 5–10 years in SAP PP (QMAPlus), with S/4HANA and MES integration
* Experience in IT-business strategy and manufacturing
* International, cross-functional IT experience
* SAP certification preferred
* Professional proficiency in English
